CBTCar Global Partner Program

Automotive service partners

For local dealers, showrooms and service teams: source vehicles, acquire customers or receive platform leads, and handle collection, follow-up and delivery.

In both arrangements, partners handle customer communication, payment collection, transaction follow-up and delivery.

Partners’ share of net profit per transaction

40%

Customers you acquire yourself

30%

Customers provided by the platform

The customer source for each transaction determines the rate, not your partner type or application channel. Net-profit accounting and settlement terms are defined in the cooperation agreement.

Prepare your application

Describe your company, business type and service coverage, including arrangements for customer communication, payment collection, transaction follow-up and local delivery. We will discuss the cooperation arrangements based on these details.

Partnership questions

What should a service partner prepare?

Provide your company name, business type and service coverage, and explain how your team will handle payment collection, transaction follow-up and delivery. Cooperation arrangements are discussed after reviewing the application.

Can an existing showroom or service team participate?

You can apply. Identify the people and capabilities responsible for customer contact, payment collection, transaction follow-up and local delivery. Suitability is assessed for the proposed cooperation.

How is the 40% or 30% rate determined?

Partners receive 40% of a transaction’s net profit when they acquire the customer themselves, or 30% when the platform provides the customer. The two rates are not combined for the same transaction.

Does following up a platform lead change the rate to 40%?

No. Communication, collection and delivery do not change the customer source. Platform-provided customers remain at 30%.

Who handles collection, follow-up and delivery?

Partners are responsible in both arrangements. The agreement defines the collection entity, account and process; partners follow the transaction through delivery and acceptance.

Are customer leads guaranteed after applying?

Applications require review. Platform opportunities depend on market, language and availability, with no guaranteed quantity or sales. Partners can also acquire customers themselves.

How are net profit and payments calculated?

The share is based on agreed transaction net profit, not the vehicle price or sales revenue. The agreement defines cost deductions, customer-source verification, multiple-partner allocations and settlement timing.

Tell us about your market and capabilities

Applying does not grant partner status or guarantee immediate customer allocation. We will contact you to discuss capabilities, supported markets and actual opportunities before agreeing on cooperation.
